Documents Preparation by Students


1.Download the APPLICATION FORM from “Downloads” link on www.chindiaedu.com and get it filled as requested and email the scan copies to enquiry@chindiaedu.com

2.Check out the below mentioned list of documents that are necessary for the applicant to apply in the concerned University
• China MBBS Application Form which is given under downloads page
• One passport size photo
• School Leaving Certificate
• Mark sheet of 11th & 12th standard from the respective board or council of education
• Certificate of 11th & 12th standard from the respective board or council of education
• Scanned copies of your valid passport including the photo page
• All the above documents have to be notarized and attested
• Extra Curricular Activity Certificates (in field of study, sports, volunteer ship, dancing or drama)
3.The student has to pay the admission processing fees to CEC Pune Office.

Sending Application to Chinese Medical Universities by CEC


4. CEC Administrator in China will submit the APPLICATION to the Admission Committee for International students of the specific University.

5. Once the admission is confirmed, photocopy of your official Admission Letter will be sent to you.

VISA Application and Air Ticket Booking


6. On receipt of the Admission Letter & JWO2 Form (Visa form), CEC - Pune Office will apply for a student visa to your nearest Chinese Embassy in India
Documents required for applying for the visa: • A valid passport
• Recent passport size photos as mentioned in the Visa Application Form
• Visa Application Form
• JW202 Form (Remember to bring the original copy while coming to China)
• Admission Letter from the University
• Health Check-up Form / Physical Examination Record
7. CEC - Pune office will confirm your air-ticket to China once you receive the visa.

8. Meantime, Parents and students will ensure the Tution fees and Accommodation Fees to be kept ready as a Draft or USD in Cash to be paid to the University in China.

9. CEC - Pune office will offer your cross cultural training useful for your stay in China and will guide you for preparations & will provide list of items to be carried with you to China.

Arrival to China and Settling Down


Once you reach in China, our CEC - China office representative will guide you from the Airport to the University Hostel. The next day, the representative will help you pay the Admission and Administrative fees in the University, wherein you will be joining the course of MBBS.
10. Further our representative will guide you for University related matters like accommodation, food, classes, library and other issues. We will also take you to the city tour to get the information for your living making comfortable.
